I was introduced to a restaurant called Sweet Tomato today at lunch and I am super in love!! Once again, I was able to go to lunch with members of my work team... Rachael, Griffin, Chip and Josh... and we had a great time!
I had never been to Sweet Tomato before and when we got there I found out its a soup/salad buffet. It was amazing... some of my favorites were the Honey Minted Fruit Toss salad, the Indian Lenil soup and the Asian Ginger Broth. And, they had TOFU!! It was pretty inexpensive and has many vegetarian/vegan options! I will for sure be going back!!
