Monday's Fud.

There is an amazing place near my house to get the best falafel sandwich ever but it's deep fried and stuffed with lots of yummy (and calorie filled) ingredients.

There is a great lighter alternative from my Skinny B*tch book so on Monday I made Jennie and I falafel .  Since I made it completely according to the book I feel that I shouldn't post the recipe here, however this one is quite close to what I made. Instead of putting it into a sandwich we ate it as a salad... I heart falafel and need to make it more often!!
