What happened to Monday???

I missed a day in my blogging memoir... what is a girl to do?? Well, actually I answer that with I read some other blogs today and had so much fun looking at them. There was one that was actually quite hillarious... so good in fact I have to make a whole new section for links to blogs that I find too good to keep for myself. The first link will definately be to TJ's Place... can't get much of a better blog than that. If you want a good laugh... that is the place to you!!

Well, instead of blogging yesterday I took an exam yesterday. It was the final MOS (Microsoft Office Specialist) certification. I am now a registered Experet in Microsoft Office XP (2002)!! Go me!! So I took that test like I did the other 3 at the ISD Center in Bay City. I was ahead of the actual instructor in getting to the classroom and had to wait outside the door for her to arrive. While waiting there were some high school age boys waiting to get into another classroom. I am sooooo glad that I am not in high school anymore. I could barely handle the boys when I was in high school... I really can not handle them anymore either!! And I know that I am only a few years older then they are now but good lord they seemed so young. That is such an old thing to say too... I have to start watching myself...

My hair has also been dyed... it is now a darker shade of blond... much closer to my natural color than I once was. But, that is what I am going for. I know blond hair with black roots is so yesterday... so I figured I would update to today. Well, hopefully I am a little closer.

I have also decided that I am not having a very easy time putting my pictures on this web page so I will create a link to my pictures... if you want to take a look go there... if not, well then never say I didn't offer!!

So, now that I am getting a little more used to this blog its time for me to open up and start to get personal. Well, maybe not too personal... I don't think anyone would enjoy that... would they?? Well, you'll have to let me know. Or, I guess if you think if I ever get too personal just leave me a comment... unless that would be too personal as well. Who knows where this is going. Its more just some rambling now.

I guess if a haircut isn't personal enough I am also very into working out. It started as a love hate relationship that has blossomed into an all out romantic comedy. I was feeling quite large one day so I started running around my apartment complex and neighboring streets. After a few days of that I was tooling around online when I came across the sex offender registry, blah, blah, blah... I found out that there were multiple sex offenders living in my complex... 1 a floor below me. Needless to say that gave me a little scare. So, I stopped running around my complex and started in a gym. I started out trying (definately trying) to run a mile. I used to run track in junior high school... but that was definately a full out hate relationship. Anyway, back on track, I would just dread going to the gym and I would make myself go 3 days a week to work out. Then I started to play basketball with some of my friends at the gym... now that was really very fun!! I love basketball!! Well, eventually that faded but I was liking what the exercise was doing to my body. I was at the point where I could run a mile fairly well so I decided to up the anty again... I started to run 2 miles. Ouch... talk about pain. That is where the hate in this love, hate relationship definately resides. But, my friend, you must never give up... so I pressed on. Found out that I could run 2 miles fairly well. And I was tired of running around an indoor track so I moved over to the eliptical machines... I could watch cable television and get a good exercize while doing so. And I was then going 3 miles. I was then told that lifting weights helps a lot... thank you very much for helping me... because I am starting to see some toning and definitions where my muscles would be. Now I love my Ben and Jerry's way too much to ever give them up but I am not into that right now. But are you asking where is the comedy in this romatic comedy... well if you ask you have never actually seen me work out... there my friends is the commedy. I can seem to fall or trip over just about any thing. So not only do I work out I put on a great show. Multitasking... fabulous!!

Well, I will end this episode with a farewell and a nice quote... see if you get anything out of it... I know that I like it!!
