Am I about to be a home owner???

Well, condo owner that is. And the answer is maybe!!!! WOW!!! How incredibly exciting, scary, fun, breath-stopping.

Marcus (my friend and realtor) and I have been looking at a ton of condos and I have found one (well, 2 actually) that I really do like. They are both in the same complex... one has been completely upgraded and the other has not. So, we have decided that I will put in an offer on the upgraded one and if they decline my offer we will put in an offer on the second. I would love either one but if I can have all the work done for me before I move in that would be great.

I would add a picture here but in case I don't get it I'll wait. If I do, you better believe there will be a lot of pictures added!!
